In March 2015, the construction of the vulnerable youth of Foster Care for their professional training was completed on behalf of the AEC-Foyer Lataste Association in the village of Hla Kaun Thmei near Sisophon, to the northwest of the Kingdom of Cambodia

This was realized with the support of the Heloise Charruau Foundation under auspices of Caritas France Foundation. For more information: Home for vocational training for vulnerable youth. Following this completion, the first promotion consisting of 15 young was greeted in the foyer. The curriculum has just led to the acquisition of professional skills offered by the Foyer and chosen by young people.

Below, second column is the student name, the next are respectively male or female identity, kind of training, its annual cost, monthly life cost, and the yearly whole cost per student:

Thanks to the constructive action of Heloise Charruau Foundation under auspices of Caritas France Foundation for the Foyer Lataste, these young people will not be victims of fatal destinies, they will not yield to the lure of big cities and do not succumb to modern forms slavery prevalent in the urban areas, including tourism.Here, in this revealing video but hard to watch, a testament to what happens to vulnerable youth in survival have not been lucky that we care about them in time:

So, these young Foyer Lataste, now out of the woods, become the salt of the earth of their country!
