The Foyer Lataste, a leader of the Protection of Childhood in Cambodia needs to build a third “family home” for the reception of orphaned, abandoned or abused. This initiative is encouraged by the Cambodian authorities, UNICEF and the NGO Friends Heloise Charruau Foundation has decided to continue supporting the Foyer Lataste by responding positively to the new needs of family home.
