The Foundation Heloise Charruau organized a concert for the benefit of access to drinking water for the poorest families of rice Tbaeng, Banteay Srey district, Siem Reap province of Cambodia where reside the famous Angkor temples.

This concert took place August 15, 2016 in the Church of Lit-et-Mixe (Landes) with the participation of the pianist Cecilia Wang, who was a concert at the Royal College of Music in London, and two soloists Gabrielle and Josephine Desalbres, between 15 and 14 years respectively, who interpreted Caccini, Marc-Antoine Charpentier, César Franck, Camille Saint-Saens, Faure ….

The price of the entrance ticket and the donations were attributed entirely to the access to drinking water for the poorest families Tbaeng of rice which will give the equivalent of 300 000 liters of drinking water that will be extracts a cost of $ 0.01 per liter, from muddy ponds and ponds of rice through the process implemented locally by the NGO Khmer Teuk Saat 1001 related to the French Association in 1001 Fontaines.
100 liters of drinking water per year are sufficient for the healthy survival of living in Cambodia while according Lyonnaise des Eaux in a report in September 2016, a French consumes around 100 liters of water (potable) per day!7000000 Cambodian including 5 million children of 15 million people lack access to safe water in 2016. 1 billion people in the world suffer the shortage of drinking water. These people are thus victims of waterborne diseases causing child deaths by 20% before the age of five years and a massive dropout of surviving children.
